The LaidBackNew born up to one year The LaidBack may be used for the new born child and until the child is approximately one year old. The LaidBack and the HipSit are the two most popular positions of Slingy. It is usually used for a tired child who has difficulty in going to sleep. The position is good for sleeping and allows you to move around with hands free while your child goes to sleep. Once your child sleeps you may lean over a bed and pull yourself out of Slingy while your child keeps on sleeping. Pull Slingy over your left shoulder. Lift your child with both hands; hold your child to your body with its head resting on your right shoulder. Put your left arm through the sling under the rings and support your childs back and head with your left arm and hand. With your right hand grab hold of the padded support and put it around your child. Support your childs head with the padding in your right hand. Put your child down towards the right while your left arm takes your childs legs and bottom towards the left under the rings. Once your child is place in Slingy ou tighten the end and the seam until you both are comfortable. |
