Slingy is subject to very strict quality controls.
Producing a baby sling is a very big responsibility. We leave nothing to chance. Thus we have chosen a producer with a very high ISO certified standard. Following every single product batch we carry out an external quality control. This control is made in accordance with valid ANSI standards which ensure that defective units do not go out to the end-user. During this external control the test units are thoroughly examined eg. the quality of the seams; that all strengthened seams are done correctly; that the rings are not damaged; and that all dimensions are within the defined values. Therefore, you may rest assured that the probability of finding errors in Slingy is very, very limited. However, should there be errors we will of course and free of charge exchange the defective unit.
